Cyturus started as a cyber risk consulting firm. We architected solutions for our Fortune 5000 clients that were simple, elegant and are still in use today. Over five years ago we realized the Compliance and Cyber Risk management industry could do better than static reports, spreadsheets and complicated solutions. We leveraged our years of experience in technology and cyber risk management and created ARM, the C2MA process and CRT to automate and simplify both the maturation process and the assessment metrics. Our passion is cyber risk quantification and our promise is to help simplify cyber risk management.

Chief Executive Officer

Robert Hill

Robert has spent over 30 years in the IT space promoting significant and measurable reductions in business risk through applied cybersecurity practices, programs, and technologies. Prior to founding Cyturus, Robert worked as an industry leading cybersecurity consultant often featured on Network News broadcasts, seen on stage as a forum panelist, and found in Fortune 500 conference rooms discussing cybersecurity risk in business terms.

Robert is a member of the FBI InfraGard, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received his degree in Biomedical Clinical Engineering.

Chief Revenue Officer

Lou Carli

Lou is a veteran cyber security executive with over 20 years of experience building nationally recognized sales and engineering teams. Lou joined Cyturus as Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for Partnerships and Alliances, Marketing, and Sales.

Lou brings extensive start-up expertise to Cyturus, having previously focused on cybersecurity incident response and forensic data capture, as well as security course curriculum development. He has successfully launched several IT security start-ups with the most recent being a next-generation security operations center (SOC) which was later acquired by a national Value Added Reseller (VAR).

Lou currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Cincinnati NEXT Apprenticeship Program and was previously the President of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) – Cincinnati Chapter

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Kurland

Robert has spent over 33 years as a top performing Program and Financial Manager, with profit and loss responsibility for major programs in excess of $225M. Robert has worked with startups as an Executive Financial Consultant to help organizations define their business and financial strategies to raise capital with accredited investors. Prior to joining Cyturus, Robert held primary responsibility for the Mergers and Acquisitions division of AGDATA, LP, managing both the Dow/DuPont and Bayer/Monsanto mergers.

Robert managed the finance department of Jones Intercable’s IT division and then transitioned into roles as a program financial consultant for various Fortune 500 clients to implement and optimize financial systems such as Oracle, Great Plains and Lawson. Robert received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1990. He is certified project management professional (PMP).

Roger Rosenberg

Roger Rosenberg has over 50 years of diverse legal experience principally in the areas of federal securities and related corporate law. For over 15 years, his work products supported the activities of First Capital Business Development, LLC and its client entities. Since 2018, he has operated Corporate Finance Consultancy, LLC an independent business and consulting firm in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Prior to his Colorado based activities, Roger practiced securities law in Manhattan and Long Island, NY with an emphasis on acting as general and/or special securities counsel to numerous publicly owned corporations including NASDAQ/NMS and American Stock Exchange listed companies, and investment banking firms.

Dave Glenn

David Glenn, Chief Business Development Officer. David is a proven leader and mentor with a strong domain expertise in information technology, cybersecurity, risk management, business strategy, complex sales, channel development, project management and team building. With 25 years of technology implementation and leadership David strategically grasps how technology impacts business. His specialties include; business strategy & development, program creation & execution, executive relationship building, sales leadership, team training & development, channel management and distribution.

Jeff Ellis

After spending 25 years in the big data industry and witnessing the pain points related to data breaches first- hand, Jeff determined that there was a need to shift focus. Jeff shares a passion for cybersecurity with Cyturus and envisions an opportunity to help others understand that security is not just an IT issue, but rather a business problem that can be mitigated through a proactive approach.

Jeff’s marketing efforts with Cyturus Technologies will focus on helping companies assess cyber maturity across their entire operation, and to move their attention toward visibility into risk exposure and ways to quantify and mitigate Cyber-threats across all operational domains.

Dan Rosenthal

Dan brings over 20 years of executive sales management experience to Cyturus, where he sets the strategic direction and implements plans and goals for the channel team.

In this role, Dan is ultimately responsible for the development, management and performance of channel sales, partnership programs, and strategic alliances. Previously, Dan held a variety of channel positions at Secure Network Technologies, RoundTower Technologies, Mainstream Security, Trend Micro, GN Netcom (Jabra) and Computer Associates.

Dan earned his B.A. in Business Management from National-Louis University, IL.
